Exhibition by late Ivana Popović and Concert of Let 3

Two retrospective exhibitions of late artist Ivana Popović will be held in the Decumanus Gallery in Krk: the first one will bi held on June 1, 2019 at 21h and the second one on June 21st. The exhibition is divided into two parts so visitors will be able to see most of the works from the exhibition held in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb.
The opening of the first exhibition is on June 1st, and it will be held as part of the Krk City Day celebration program. As a part of this occasion concert of the group Let 3 will be held and it will start at 22h on the Glagolitic Square of Krk. The first part of the exhibition will last until June 18, featuring sculpture, costumes, performances, paintings and drawings form cycle called Singer Sing i Zecomanija.
The second part of the exhibition opens on June 21, and it will last until July 3, and includes the painting opus, fashion design and the Cycle Victims of fashion.
The exhibition takes place in Krk because Ivana started her early fashion play and performance as a student of the Academy of Fine Arts on the island of Krk. She has been inextricably linked to the island life and its beautiful nature. During her career, Ivana has explored and linked many artistic disciplines: design, theater, drawing, painting, applied artistry and more.
With her premature death to the general public, she left an inadequate opus for the first time exhibited at a retrospective exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb, held from 21 March to 28 April 2019.
