Modern one-bedroom apartment with balcony, 38 m2, is located on the 1st floor of the building and is accessible only by stairs. Each apartment is air-conditioned, has a flat-screen TV with satellite programs, safe, telephone and high-speed WI-FI internet.
The bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) is separated from the living area. The living room can accommodate additional 2 people on the sofa (160x200cm) and has access to a furnished balcony with a view of the nearby pine forest.
The elegant and functional kitchen contains a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, an electric hob, a kettle and basic cooking equipment and a dining area suitable for 4 people.
The comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower contains a toilet, hair dryer and washing machine.
Towels and bed linen are available to guests during their stay (1 set during their stay).
Final cleaning of the apartment is included in the accommodation price.
